Are You Brewing The Best Cup of Joe?

Just to make sure, here are a few things to remember:

• Buy whole bean coffee! Not only that, but make sure that it is freshly roasted within 14 days when you grind your coffee beans. Purchase from a retailer that freshly roasts the coffee beans when they ship to you (like me!).
• Grind your coffee beans directly before brewing. Fresh ground coffee goes stale within 30 seconds, really!
• Use 2 tablespoons of coffee grounds per 6 ounces of water as a rule of thumb.
• Use filtered water to brew your coffee every time!
• Clean your coffee maker regularly to remove oil and mineral buildup to maintain the flavor and integrity of your brew.
