After brewing and frothing, flush clean water through the frother and silicone tube. Also run the steam through the steam arm, and wipe off any milk residue.• Place a small container under the group. Raise the arm of the machine, and flush out the group completely. This will push out leftover espresso grounds that can often get caught in the insert screen. You can also wipe this area with a damp towel, but be careful because it will still be hot.
• Remove and rinse the drip tray. Dry the area underneath to prevent any rust from forming, and replace the drip tray.
• Cool the machine completely, and wipe off any milk and espresso residue.
Happy brewing!
